I've been a sofware engineer for the past 5 years and a DevOps engineer for about 5 years before that. I'm self-taught and most of what I learned has been out of curiosity or on the job.

I've worked with various languages and tools including Ruby, Python, Go, Javascript/Typescript and Kubernetes, but my go to toolbox right now is Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Terraform, and Ansible to build my own software products.

I grew up in sourthern California and currently live in the Los Angeles area.

Outside of work and tech I like to train Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or relax with a good book.
